My bigpay going to expied 9/21
I’ve already registered with bigpay but haven’t top up rm20 and that’s why I haven’t get the card.. when I try to login, it always says invalid nric or email already exist and can’t proceed. May I know why?

You may contact and call Bigpay Customer Service Hotline at +03-7662 9200 , but i call from 5pm until now is 10pm , no body can answar the phone call. Got My money transfer of other people , i cnt find anybody to help. email to support.my@bigpayme.com, just reply has been temporarily suspended. They dnt care about the case. Maybe always hapenning, and be habit. Very disappointed of this company.
